The 31-79 JGb215 is a Wonder Weapon featured in Shangri-La. It causes zombies to revert in biological form, becoming the size of small children with large heads for a few seconds. The Napalm Zombie and the Shrieker Zombie are both effected for exactly two seconds. When Pack-A-Punched, it becomes The Fractilizer, having more ammo and the effect lasts longer, excluding Napalm/Shrieker Zombies.
